RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All products produced by DreDesignsGLMP are considered custom designs and are FINAL SALE.
No refunds will be given on items ordered, however if there is a product deficiency upon opening, a replacement product can certainly be sent to you in exchange for the deficient product received.
Exchanges will not be considered after 21 days
SHIPPING INFO
All products ordered through DreDesignsGLMP are shipped various carrier companies or Canada Post for Canadian orders, with the understanding that after your items are shipped, we are not in control of or responsible for, what does or doesn't happen along the route to you. ie. weather delays or the carriers sending the parcels in the incorrect direction causing delays in arrival times to you.
All orders are processed as expeditiously as possible and are typically received within 14 days of the time of order, however with custom ordering that can sometimes mean a 2-3 week delivery time so please allow for that when you place your orders, specifially around the holidays.
All shipments will have tracking numbers which will be used to ensure your order arrives to you as it should
